A huge congratulations to director Rebecca Miller, editor David Bartner and the rest of the Mr Scorsese team on the deserving recognition they’ve received from the Primetime Emmy Awards. They’ve been nominated for Outstanding Documentary or Nonfiction Series, Outstanding Picture Editing for a Nonfiction Program & Outstanding Directing for a Documentary/Nonfiction Program respectively.
We created the GFX across the five part docu-series, working closely with Rebecca and the team for the best part of a year. The success the documentary has received, both critically and commercially, has been thoroughly deserved. It’s an all-encompassing documentary exploring the life and career of the great Martin Scorsese, with something to appeal to everyone.
