Founder, Allison Brownmoore (She/Her)

Allison is a BAFTA nominated Creative Director, with over twenty years experience in motion design. Working for both UK and US clients on award winning films, she develops and delivers for a range of filmic needs -from title sequences to end cards (and everything in between), to developing the look of the film. She loves creative problem solving and is exceptionally well versed with tight deadlines.

She recently produced, wrote and directed a hand illustrated animated short film, The Amazing Adventures of Awesome, about a young autistic girl at the heart of a quiet revolution. Assistant Producer, Lucy Beavis (She/Her)

Lucy is our incredible organiser extraordinaire. After working on feature animation films at MPC, she worked closely on a range of Netflix series and films. Having studied Media Studies at University of Brighton, she enjoys organising, working with a variety of different people and making things happen, fast.

Animator, Sylvain Doussa (He/Him)

Sylvain is an exceptionally talented freelance 2D animator/director based in France, who we’ve been working regularly with for the past eight years. He studied animation at Emile Cohl school in Lyon, France, and specialises in music driven projects with bands and music festivals, and works on motion design and animation for film and episodic.

Motion Designer/Animator, Kevin Smy (He/Him)

With a strong background in traditional animation, Kevin graduated with a First-Class Honours Degree in animation at Norwich University of the arts. Exceptionally creative with an incredible sense of timing, Kevin’s desire to continue to learn and experiment led him to work as a freelance animator and motion graphics artist. In his down time, he is an avid musician and enjoys a little roller derby.

Motion Designer, Ned Jackson (He/Him)

After cutting his teeth at The Mill, Ned has a strong background in motion design, both 2D and 3D. He graduated from the University of Leeds, studying Graphic Communication, specialising in motion graphics. Outside of work he enjoys racing bikes and playing music.

Animator, Callum Welch (He/Him)

Callum is a creative 2D animator hailing from Suffolk. He graduated from Middlesex University with First Degree Honours in Animation. He loves hand-drawn 2D animation and his beautifully hand crafted short films have screened at festivals nationally. When he’s not busy creating, you’ll find him on his horse, of course!

Finance Producer, Marlen Tallett (She/Her)

With over 14 years of experience in the TV & Film industry, Marlen spent several years running the longest standing freelancer agency in London. Incredibly efficient and enthusiastic at all she lends her hand to, she works tirelessly in overseeing our projects financially and liaising with clients to ascertain we’re working closely with clients to make the most of those infamous bottom lines.

We work regularly with a strong team of artists, with a focus on building close working relationships over longer periods of time, so artists can be involved wholeheartedly in our projects. We’d love to spotlight these incredible talents, here’s one of the artists we’re currently working with!

Spotlight Freelancer, Dani Nunes (She/Her)

Dani is a freelance animator, illustrator and art director, and is working with us on character and look development for an animated film. After growing up in Lisbon, Portugal, Dani has since lived in London and Auckland, New Zealand. She studied Fine Art at Universidade de Évora and specialised in character design and animation. She loves plants, surfing, traveling, kind people, animals and translating beautiful ideas into visuals – thankfully that’s her job!
